THANK THE SWEET HEAVENS!

The new installer disk for my printer/scanner arrived today. I can scan again....I. Can. Scan. Again. THANK THE SWEET HEAVENS! Ugh! I seriously doubt there is a single artist out there who can tell me they can draw on their tablet no problem, with nice, clean, smooth lines, have a nice, ledgible picture, and not feel like tossing the damn thing through the window? (Okay there is probably a good handful of you who can. If you've been practicing at it or you're just awesome like that...) I'm just whining though, I've only had the thing for 3 weeks so I'm no master, but after I killed my laptop and lost everything (again) I had to restore everything (again) but I couldn't find the driver disks for certain programs one of them being for my printer, so drawing on my tablet has been both a fun yet frustrating endeavor. I draw with a mechanical pencil, a graphite pencil, sometimes a ballpoint pen and regular sketchbook paper. So drawing straight onto my computer has been...hard for me. So I'm happy once again, I have a bunch of sketchs I've been itching to upload (some need some touching up though)
And I also want to scan some things onto my laptop and work on them with my tablet, no way I'm gonna get the hang of this thing with out messing with every single tool and every single option that it provides.
